Aid

Asylum seekers over 18 only have the right to assistive devices linked to care that cannot wait, i.e. care that cannot wait and emergency care. This means that the right to assistive devices is very limited.

 

The Swedish Migration Agency's own adapted accommodation should have the aids needed for daily care.

 

You contact: The Swedish Migration Board and tell them about your disability and your daily care needs, including home care, assistive devices and support to function in everyday life. They will then help you further.
